At checkout you will be directed to Paypal’s site to make your payment where you can need not have, nor need to create a Paypal account in order to pay with your credit card. We’ve chosen to use a third-party clearance partner because we believe that the PayPal’s is the best option for the security of your data. PayPal uses the latest anti-fraud technology, and has the resources to keep your sensitive data safe from hackers. Your credit card numbers are never shared with DanoCreative, and sensitive financial information is never stored on DanoCreative’s servers.
Returns & Exchanges
If for any reason your purchase does not satisfy you, simply return the item for a prompt, full refund or exchange.

Please include the packing slip that came with your item or a note with your name, address, and the reason for the return. Once we have received your package, we’ll send you a replacement or a full merchandise refund.
Damaged Item:
If you wish to return an item because of an error on our part or you received something damaged, we will cover all costs associated with returning the merchandise. If you have any questions or concerns about your exchange or return, please contact us.
Shipping
Shipping is handled worldwide by the USPS and UPS. Rates and shipping estimates are calculated by the shipping carriers and shown at checkout. You may need to input your area code before you are given an accurate calculation. We make no promise or guarantee for our carriers’ shipping times.

We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. While we collect some minimal amounts of personally identifiable information in the form of browser cookies, e-mail, and shipping address, we will never sell or pass on any such information to anyone. Your name and address are always transmitted to our payment clearance partners by way of a secure HTTPS protocol. Your credit card information will only be registered with our payment clearance partners (i.e., Paypal).
